The development of land around Stepnell’s existing head office in Rugby, to provide 80,000 ft2 of commercial development space
Stepnell will act as the landlord, developer and main contractor, which will see the creation of brand new commercial development space. The first phase will be available for leasehold occupiers in early 2019. The site will also include Stepnell’s new head office.
Planning consent has been granted, and works should commence in early 2018. The high specification units will range from 4,000 ft2 to 26,000 ft2 and up to 7.50m eaves height. Each unit will benefit from roof mounted photo-voltaic panels, which will generate over 450,000 kWh of electricity per year.
