We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Mechanic to join our dynamic team.

The Plant Mechanic will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our diverse fleet of construction and industrial equipment and machinery. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of projects across multiple sectors.

The main duties include diagnose mechanical issues, troubleshoot problems, and perform repairs efficiently to minimise downtime and maximise equipment performance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to service delivery. The role requires someone with proven experience in the maintenance and overhaul of construction plant, of small and heavy plant, ideally holding a City & Guilds / NVQ / BTECH or equivalent qualification in a mechanical discipline.
