Our in-house property management team manage a diverse commercial and residential property portfolio, either through our own direct ownership, or for external clients.

The Graduate Commercial Property Surveyor will be responsible for all aspects of managing a commercial portfolio of properties including Landlord and Tenant lease management, service charges, sales and acquisitions, development opportunities, day-to-day management and building relationships with Tenants.

The Graduate Commercial Property Surveyor will be based out of our Head Office in Rugby, Warwickshire and will be expected to travel to properties and tenants, the majority of which are based within one hour’s drive of the office.
