We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Design Manager to join our teams in Rugby and Nottingham.

The Design Manager will play a key role in overseeing the design process for our construction projects, from concept development through to implementation, ensuring that design objectives are met and projects are delivered to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a team of talented designers and contribute to the success of innovative construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a Degree or equivalent qualification in architecture, engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in a design management role within the construction industry, with a strong portfolio of successful projects. Comprehensive knowledge of construction design principles, techniques, and best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards related to construction design.
