Stepnell is set to strengthen its regional pipeline of public sector projects having secured a place on the £3bn Constructing West Midlands 3 (CWM3) framework.
Stepnell has been appointed to the Medium Works lot, which covers schemes valued between £2m and £15m across all built environment subsectors, underlining its track record as an end-to-end complete construction partner.
Managed by Acivico Group, which is wholly owned by Birmingham City Council, the framework will deliver construction and building services for public sector organisations with a Greater West Midlands focus, running for four years with an optional two-year extension.

Contracting services under Medium Works will include new-build, extensions, refurbishment and remodelling, as well as mechanical and electrical, fit-out and civils. The framework places a strong emphasis on collaboration, social impact, public value and innovation.
