Delivery of our second Center Parcs project, following the successful completion of the £9.1m Center Parcs Woburn project.

Designed by Jackson Design Associates, the new lodges at Center Parcs Sherwood Forest, near Rufford, feature external timber and stone cladding in the same architectural style as the village’s existing holiday homes.

The scheme delivered 28 luxury Executive Lodges – 22 three bedroom and 5 four-bedroom two storey duplexes – with some featuring hot tubs and saunas. In addition, there is one six-bedroom lodge.

The holiday homes have were constructed in three separate locations across the site, with the construction programme also including the new roads and services and a car park.

Center Parcs remained open to guests throughout the construction programme. Stepnell’s careful programming ensured that the work was completed smoothly, and without disruption to guests.
