This challenging project involved the comprehensive refurbishment of Trigen House, an existing office block in Solihull, to create an improved building with enlarged reception area and Grade A office accommodation.

In addition to the construction of an extension, our works included the replacement of all mechanical and electrical services, and new ceilings installed to office areas. The main core areas were stripped back and all new finishes and layouts formed. Externally the building was cleaned and elements re-sprayed. The landscaping was replaced and upgraded and the footpaths and parking areas cleaned down.

In order to meet the very tight handover deadline, detailed planning and collaborative working with our supply chain partners was adopted.

The programme was successfully handed over, to programme, in October 2017, to the delight of our client.
