Swanage Community Hospital

The phased refurbishment, alteration and three new extensions to an existing building, as well as the construction of a new car park

This project at Swanage Community Hospital comprised the phased refurbishment, alteration and new extensions to three buildings at the hospital, as well as the construction of a new car park, complete with drainage and external service connections.

Two of the buildings we unoccupied whilst the works took place, however the undercroft building had an occupied ward above.

Our works were undertaken in the midst of a busy community hospital with high volumes of vehicle and pedestrian movements to manage at all times.

Careful consideration was therefore given to safeguard the welfare of staff, patients and visitors to the hospital at all times.
