This project demonstrates Stepnell’s whole team working approach as a ‘Complete Construction Partner’, as well as showcasing our capabilities by acting as landlord, developer, principal contractor and employer’s agent. In addition, other parts of the Stepnell business played a key part in this development with EvoEnergy installing the innovative private wire electricity grid and the Stepnell Civils team undertaking the Section 278 works through its framework with Warwickshire County Council.
