Construction of a new warehouse facility located on the largest mixed-use development site in the North West

Delivery of a new build, single-storey warehouse of circa 88,000 square feet for our sister company Brackley Property Developments which was awarded on a Negotiated Cost Plan basis.

This £4.3 million steel-framed building was clad with the Europanel 3 layered built up system and included eight dock levellers, a mezzanine office area and all associated mechanical and electrical services. The entrance to the building was formed from curtain walling surrounded with Kingspan KS1000MR composite cladding.

Associated external services including new foul and storm water pumping stations were also installed along with 115 car parking spaces.

Due to the nature of the existing ground, extensive lime and cement ground stabilisation works had to be completed prior to any construction works being able to commence.
