Eleanor House

Northway Headington, Oxford

The delivery of 28 new energy-efficient homes, as well as a state-of-the-art community centre and sports hall

This £5.4 million scheme at Northway Headington has provided a brand new four-storey block of 28 one and two bedroom apartments; 15 affordable homes and 13 properties for private sale.

Homes are positioned either side of a central ‘winter garden’ – an external covered walkway beneath a glass and aluminium apex roof – which provides more daylight for residents and has created a social community space where they can meet and interact.

All homes met high standards for environmental performance with sustainable features including photovoltaic panels and energy-efficient boilers.
