Stepnell’s strength, is in part through our diversity and we continue to develop land with bespoke buildings to suit clients that may not be able to fund their own projects out-right. While we continue to hold land ready for development we also will source land in specific areas if this is a requirement. Examples include the initial Hafele development, Ogee in Wellingborough and St. James’s Mill Road in Northampton.
