Stepnell take on design risk and have a number of preferred design practices that we regularly use to support our schemes. Each partner is chosen on their competencies and ability to work in our teams. Relationships have been established over a long period and include those we use on residential, schools, hospitals, medical centres and offices. It is important that our design partners understand our philosophy of quality and whole-life costs and work with us in value engineering to achieve these goals.
