Partnering
Stepnell work under NEC and P2000 contracts as well as adopting an open partnering approach on all contracts, whatever the conditions.

Stepnell take on design risk and have a number of preferred design practices that we regularly use to support our schemes.

Stepnell has been both project lead and contractor, as well as principal building contractor and have a realistic approach to the risk transfer within the PFI framework.
