Stepnell promotes best practice in all its business and is involved in lean construction practices both adopting the Construction Lean Improvement Programme (CLIP) and putting staff through a new level 3 NVQ in Business Improvement Techniques which Stepnell is leading in partnership with the LSC.
While working on educational projects for the Herefordshire Council, Stepnell has developed a consistent and highly effective team, which is delivering a major work experience programme, upskilling employees across the team and achieving enhanced performance and profitability through the same team being engaged on successive projects.
