Exemplar projects include the origin and expansion of Hafele (UK) Ltd. in Rugby. Stepnell originally built and leased bespoke offices and warehousing, this developed into specialist high-bay warehousing and distribution centre that was owned by Hafele but designed and built by Stepnell. Stepnell has since expanded these premises and built exemplar naturally ventilated, heavy thermal mass offices that remain cutting edge in providing an exemplar environment without air-conditioning.
