Stepnell’s holistic approach to risk management in the Health Sector includes a review of the specification, and interfaces to ensure that disruption to the existing hospital is minimised and managed where necessary. In designing and building our medical centres the building owner is concerned on the time taken to build, the life expectancy of the building and its future use. To manage these risks Stepnell has developed a design guide that ensures consistency in specification, quality and long life expectancy, we have also developed a structural solution that enables the building to be built quickly but also means that the building can be put to different uses if required.
