Providing a well build building is of no value if the quality of the design does not permit the occupiers to get the most from their work effort. Across all projects Stepnell’s quality management systems ensure that a high quality of build is achieved, but Stepnell’s ethos of providing a quality solution is also reflected in optimising the working environment such as at Häfele UK where new offices were constructed using a heavy mass principal and naturally ventilated to control summer time temperatures without air-conditioning or the installation of a super-flat floor for the successful operation of the very high bay storage system.
