Focus and Integration in Health
Our focus in the health sector may not be limited to one individual, as experience has shown that different departments, managers, doctors and nurses all approach matters from a new position. Understanding how we break in to a department to keep disruption to a minimum as at the Combined Case project or walking 12 individual doctors around their own consulting room at Kettering Medical Centre to ensure that the position of the light switch, power socket and telephone plug meet their own needs are examples of the engagement we look for. This process ensures that the project delivers at all levels and for all stakeholders.
