Integration is Stepnell’s ability to understand and deliver on our Client’s wider needs. This is most often achieved through regular engagement with our Clients and their teams to better understand their brief.

Stepnell know of the significance of costs in a construction project and the many factors that affect our Client’s requirements for costs to be managed. We not only work to the lowest capital cost, with a history of winning competitive tendered projects, but work to lower whole life costs reflected in our PFI project and group owned properties.

Stepnell always adopt a holistic approach to risk management working with our Client’s and design teams to understand the many risks that affect a project. This is not limited to Stepnell’s risks on health and safety, cost, programme, ground condition and other unknowns or resource availability but we look to consider the risks that the Client is looking to manage or that the Designers have identified.
