In the development of Medical Centres Stepnell consider the capital cost and return on development against the long term maintenance and viability of a project. On other projects, such as the refurbishment of the Warwick Nuffied Hospital the long term perspective has been evaluated by the Client’s consultants and our involvement is in providing value for money at high quality to the required specification.
