Cost Control in Education
Stepnell has undertaken educational projects that focus both on initial capital cost and optimum whole life cost such as Whitecross High School our PFI educational project. In both cases capital cost is important but when considering the lifecycle costs of a school and achieving the optimum learning opportunity many factors must be evaluated. We are also engaged with local authorities in reviewing the energy costs associated with the life of the schools we construct.
