Stepnell know of the significance of costs in a construction project and the many factors that affect our Client’s requirements for costs to be managed. We not only work to the lowest capital cost, with a history of winning competitive tendered projects, but work to lower whole life costs reflected in our PFI project and group owned properties. Understanding the value to our clients of capital expenditure against long term costs is critical to Stepnell’s approach to cost management. This has been further developed with Stepnell developing a model that includes other factors such as energy consumption to inform our Clients of the justification of decisions taken.
