By promoting a no blame culture founded on trust, we work as a team to ensure integration of design and construction. Our contribution towards the final product will reflect a balance between whole life and construction cost, whilst still meeting and exceeding the requirement of the end user.
We see quality in two ways:-
- Quality of Build - Zero Defects
- Quality of Product - Fit for purpose
Stepnell’s attention to quality is not only reflected in our long standing accreditation to BS EN ISO 9001 and our attention to every aspect of the design and construction to ensure defects are minimised but also in the quality of the service delivered to our clients in providing the optimum learning environment, working environment or operational environment. Stepnell also use the Construction Lean Improvement Programme to supplement our quality management systems.
