Local Man Charles Hicks is Stepnell's New Commerical Manager

Rugby-based construction and civil engineering firm Stepnell has strengthened its senior management team by promoting local man Charles Hicks to the role of commercial manager.
Based at the company’s office in Lawford Road, Charles, who lives in Rugby, takes up his new position after almost nine years working for Stepnell as a senior quantity surveyor. The 39-year-old will be responsible for overseeing the company’s commercial operations and brings extensive experience in design and build construction projects, PFI contracts and commercial development to the role.
The holder of a BSc (Hons) in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying from Loughborough University, Charles began his career as a quantity surveyor with national construction companies before joining Stepnell in 2002.
A keen motorsports and cycling enthusiast and supporter of local community projects in his spare time, Charles is married with two sons.
