80 bed care home 3492m2 (GIFA) Day care centre 218m2 (GIFA) 2 storey timber frame building. Care Home - 80 ensuite bedrooms in 4 wings with separate dining rooms and services, lounges, sitting rooms and assisted bathrooms.

The first bunker was handed over 6 months before the remainder of the building, so that the specialist medical equipment could be installed, commissioned and staff trained, ready for use when the building was completed.

Primary Care Centre including 13 GP consulting rooms, 4 nurse treatment rooms, treatment suite with minor operations facility, physrotheraphy suite with consulting and treatment rooms and a gym, district and community nursing facilities, social services, audiology, reception and administration.
