Stepnell has a history of designing and building exemplar educational buildings from Nurseries, through primary and secondary schools to Further and Higher Educational establishments.

Stepnell’s experience in the health sector ranges from being a successful hospital where we have won in competitive tender and with novated design teams contracts up to £9m to being one of the countries most prolific constructors of Medical Centres for our partner, Brackley Investments.

From bespoke houses and refurbishment to apartments for the elderly, through Aspen Retirement Living and care homes in partnership with The Orders of St. John, Stepnell has the team to deliver the home you require.

Stepnell, and our subsidiary George Law Ltd, can provide a multitude of civil engineering and concrete repair services meeting all the construction and maintenance requirements of the utilities industries, waterways, railways, commercial and domestic clients.

Stepnell construct in the commercial sector and also undertake bespoke development work leasing or selling the finished building that has been designed and built around our Client’s needs.

Stepnell has been instrumental in many recent new crematoria projects and have established partnerships with architects, equipment manufacturers and operators.

Stepnell has experience in Prisons, working for the UK Atomic Energy Authority, Ministry of Defence, Police and has been appointed preferred contractor for the South Staffordshire Fire Station PFI project.

Stepnell, in partnership with midlands company Wirsol Solar UK Limited have built and commissioned 4 ‘Solar Parks’ in the UK in 2011. Each ‘Solar Park’ is rated at 5 megawatts and together account for 20% of the solar parks built nationally.
