Refurbishment of existing building including new mechanical and electrical installations, lift and stair enclosure.
This project consists principally of the refurbishment of an existing teaching facility to provide small Innovation business units and the construction of a three storey extension providing new lifts, staircase and plant areas.
The building envelope benefits from replacement windows and extensive Brise Soleil to greatly improve the working environment within the building.
Close liaison is required with the University and the management of the Innovation Centre who will occupy the ground floor throughout the construction process.
