Plus – Retail Pharmacy This Primary Health Care Facility is the largest that Bradley Investments Ltd have developed.
It formed a key component of Northants Teaching Primary Care Trust’s strategic plan for Primary Care Development in the country. It brought together two separate G.P. Practices, who had both outgrown their town center premises, into one purpose design, efficient building.
The building was also the first Brackley Investments Ltd had built adapting the principles of heavy thermal mass and good natural ventilation to provide an internal environment that improved control of summer time temperature and improved levels of indoor air quality. In part this was achieved through high performance composite windows that employ automatic intelligent control linked to the Building Management System to enable secure, free night cooling when the building is unoccupied.
